Dr. Gaurav Shah is a highly experienced Ophthalmologist specializing in Cataract Surgery, Oculoplasty, and Ocular Oncology. With extensive expertise in advanced ophthalmic surgery, clinical leadership, and medical education, he is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to the advancement of eye healthcare.

Currently serving as the Deputy Medical Superintendent at Vivekananda Netralaya, Dehradun, Dr. Shah plays a key role in clinical administration, quality healthcare delivery, and the training and mentorship of young ophthalmologists. He has previously been associated with renowned institutions including Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital and Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, where he gained extensive experience in advanced ophthalmic and oculoplastic procedures.

Dr. Shah has successfully performed over 12,000 phacoemulsification cataract surgeries, more than 5,000 Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgeries (MSICS), and over 1,500 oculoplasty procedures.
